đŻ About the role
We're looking for a driven Implementation/Client Onboarding Specialist to join our DACH team. You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires fluency in German, strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects at once! đ
đ Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live
- Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region
- Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
- Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
đ What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
- Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation where priorities shift and adaptability matters
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- The work is remote but willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits is required
- Bonus point - Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage
